Raise Your Hand Texas - Engaged Community Supporting Public Education Builds Stronger Future Togethe

Oct. 08, 2026

As we double-click on Education Awareness and our Youth - Public Private Partnerships and Advocacy are critical to our ISD's in meeting the education requireements of tomorrow.   You won't want to miss "Raise Your Hand Texas" non-profit work with HEB Founder, Chairman and CEO - Charles Butt and learn about the program.

An Engaged Community that Supports Public Education Builds a Stronger Future for Texas

Raise Your Hand Texas is working to educate Texans about critical public education issues and to engage Texans in advocacy efforts to support public policy solutions that invest in Texas’ 5.4 million public school students. We work in communities throughout the state to educate, engage, and activate advocates who care about public education – all while keeping five values in mind: integrity, democracy, courage, equity, and pragmatism.

We are building a stronger future for every Texas student by uniting communities to advocate for thriving public schools.

Learn more about the proposed “Legacy Education Fund,” apply to the Community Leaders Fellowship or connect with your Regional Advocacy Director and work with us to build a stronger Texas.
