The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Rotary Club is a local chapter of Rotary International, a worldwide service club made up of over 1.2 million members in over 35,000 clubs. We are honored to have served the Carrollton-Farmers Branch community since November of 1960. While we support Rotary International initiatives like the global eradication of Polio, we also fulfill the Rotary motto of “Service above Self” by supporting numerous other projects. Since our inception, C-FB Rotary has worked hard to help fund and support several international water projects, along with educational and core needs of schools and children’s homes in Jamaica. Locally, our group proudly has funded two all ability playgrounds so every child is included in play, has planted trees in both Carrollton and Farmers Branch, eagerly volunteers at partner organizations like Metrocrest Services, supports our nation’s veterans by raising awareness, funding for key services, and building a safe, comfortable space at Dallas College at Brookhaven. Additionally, our Club joins together to provide meaningful funding to community organizations who provide a wide range of resources including access to health care, books and education, mentorship, a food pantry, financial assistance and coaching, children’s services, youth leadership, scholarships, and much, much more.
We are fortunate to have so many community leaders in our Club who are ready and willing to serve in meaningful ways. We would love for you to join us in fellowship and service so we can give back together.
Our club meets Thursdays for an exciting and informative program over lunch at Brookhaven Country Club from 11:45am-1pm. We would love to have you join us! There’s always a seat at the table and room for more helping hands.
