"Four-Way Test" Speech Program

One of the best programs of the Rotary year! This is a wonderful opportunity for our CFBISD high schoolers to be recognized by our community for their hard work and commitment, as well as have the opportunity to move on in the Four-Way Test Speech Competition. The names for the next level of competition must be submitted to the Rotary District no later than March 28.
