This past Saturday, members of the Carrollton–Farmers Branch Rotary Club were proud to join the City of Carrollton and the community in celebrating the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Parade.
Despite the cold weather, our club was well represented, with close to fifteen Rotarians in attendance and participating throughout the parade. We proudly rolled through the route with two vehicles, our and Rotary trailer, showing our Rotary spirit and commitment to service in action.
The Carrollton MLK Parade is a meaningful community tradition that honors the legacy of Dr. King through unity, service, and civic engagement. It was a great opportunity for our club to connect with residents, community leaders, and fellow organizations while continuing to support the City of Carrollton and its mission of bringing the community together.
We are grateful to all our members who came out, bundled up, and represented Rotary so well. Events like these remind us that service doesn’t stop with the seasons — and that our presence in the community truly matters.
