FORE! 2nd Annual Glo-Ball Golf Classic Raises Nearly $10,000

The 2nd Annual Carrollton-Farmers Branch Rotary Club Glo-Ball Golf Classic was held Friday, May 20th at Lake Park Golf Club in Lewisville, and was just as successful as last year. The 4-person scramble for men and women featured the front nine at dusk, followed by a break for dinner. After the sun went down, the teams headed back out for the Glo-Ball back nine. Thi year the net proceeds raised from the event totaled nearly $10,000, which will be put toward our Club's Signature Project. Thirty-three golfers competed in what has become the most looked-forward-to event of the year for our Club.
