During a regular meeting of the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Rotary Club, when high school students competed in our club's 4-Way Speech contest, Dr. Bobby Burns, Superintendent of the Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD, talked about the need for all of us to contact our Texas Legislative Representatives to say that "Now is not the time to cut back on the investment of our young people".
